Hotel from hell
Would not recommend to anybody.Small room, consisting of a set of bunk beds and a small double bed.The toilet only worked when it wanted to.The room was grubby, electrics on one plug was unsafe, When the bedside lamp was turned on it flickered Unplugged the lamp and put into another plug, no flickering, but that plug was wired up to the dodgy plug that we swapped the lamp from.We only used the room to sleep in as we tried to find other accommodation, with no luck.Breakfast was, let's say, left to your imagination.Never had so much grease on a nearly uncooked breakfast. How is this hotel still trading.

When we arrived i called the number on the door, a gentleman answered and told us to come straight in. We checked in with no bother. The gentleman on the front desk was really lovely and was telling us all about areas to visit while we were there. The room was tidy and clean with facilities. Breakfast was lovely and again, the gentleman was so accommodating - cooking up a separate breakfast for the kids. Nothing seemed like too much bother. For the £54 we paid it's tremendous value for money. We will definitely stay again.

We booked in and had to ask about our breakfast. We asked if our car was ok outside after filling in number plate details on a form, to come back to a parking ticket. Staff member said , cars are normally ok outside, but told his boss we didn’t ask for a parking permit, although we filled in form and asked about car being ok outside as well as requesting a parking space as spaces were limited , when booking our stay. Same staff member also said there were car parks near, which cost us another £15 to park and again his boss said he should off told us were to park for free and permits were not needed after 6PM. Same staff member also had no idea which password was for wi if and said it should work. The boss has offered us a free one night stay in the future, but we’re £15 down for parking and minimum of £35 down for parking ticket totalling £50 , more than our original nights stay at the B&B.

Great place and good value
The room was clean and plenty of loo roll, towels. (some places in blackpool charge for this and towels separate). The man who booked us in was friendly and showed us up to our room and asked if was ok. Had offered to carry things up to help but we didnt need it. IF things like matching bedding with curtains bother you then you might not like the place. IF matching towels bother you then you might not like it. TO US the clean room, clean bedding, comfy bed and nice staff were the most important things. Breakfast was nice too and also included in the price. Was a great evening at the hypnotist show at the horseshoe bar at the pleasure beach a short few mins walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Good base for visiting Blackpool, close to the South Pier and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. B&B is good value for money, rooms are clean and the staff are helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is included which you get the option from a variety of cereals and a cooked full English. On street parking is available outside the hotel for £5 per day as it requires a permit, or you can park a couple of streets away for free. I would definitely return here if I am to visit Blackpool again.

Wifi didn't work had trouble paying with my card on arrival luckily cash accepted. Room clean and tidy toilet difficult to flush, main light in bathroom not working so portable one provided. Bed comfy plenty warm enough. Breakfast cereals out in open boxes, packets rolled down like you would keep in the cupboard however our choice was stale ! Cooked breakfast ok but a bit greasy ! In summary though it certainly fell under "you get what you pay for" description at 54 quid for 3 of us incl breakfast!

NEVER AGAIN
Men who working there looks miserable, any greetings..any smile. This hotel needs renovation,We entered to this hotel and the smell of damp was very noticeable. In our room floor was soo squeaking..it was soo hot in our room even window didn't help..the sink kit wasn't even the right size to hold the water...It was impossible to flush the water normally in the toilet because the flush was incorrectly repaired and men who work there didn't like that I mentioned this about this problem.

I visited the property with my 2 kids and their grandad. The property is located within a 2 minute walk of the south pier and 1 minute walk to the pleasure beach. The gentleman running the hotel is extremely welcoming and nothing is any bother to him. The breakfast included in the price is extremlely varied for the price and again nothing is too much bother. A full english is offered and was always well cooked. There is also at least 8 different cereals which my kids loved and toast. Tea, coffee and fruit juice is also included. We had an afternoon train booked on day of checkout and we could even leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time for our train. The room we stayed in was a family room with double bed and bunkbeds. We had an ensuite with shower in the room which was all in working order and plenty towels and toilet roll provided in the room. For what it cost us for 3 nights bed and breakfast it was an absolute steal and perfect base for our holiday. Would definitely recommend and will return again for sure 👌
