Tracy,John and all the staff will do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. This hotel is just off a busy, lively street down a short passage and has all the facilities you would need. The breakfast is cooked to order and very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great hotel in Hanoi old town
We had two separate stays at this hotel, and it was great. Location was perfect, breakfast was delicious, room was spacious and the staff and service was amazing. Tracy and John really was great support with our adventures in the northern part of Vietnam. Would stay again if ever in Hanoi and definitely recommend.

We stayed in this hotel for our visit of Hanoi. The hotel was conveniently located in the old quarters, in the middle of everything. Staff were super friendly. They booked for us tours to Halong Bay and Nihn Bihn, places we are highly recommend to visit. We had massage, nail care, Vietnamese and European food right on same street. They also managed us transportation to and from airport at good price. We are enjoyed our stay.

Charming hotel with a nice restaurant at 8thfloor. Located in the middle of old quarter Hanoi, few steps away to the famous Ta Hien. Also Its surrounded by many great local food and drink restaurants. The room were clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. Definitely come back here soon.
