Very unique and comfortable hotel
Amazing hotel in a convenient location. I used this hotel for an event at Brands Hatch Circuit. The hotel is (at the time of this review) very new and has modern decor. There are hints of aviation and motorsport around the hotel and is situated right beside the Formula 1 UK HQ.
The beds are comfy and the a/c system is perfect for getting your most comfortable temperature. The Landing supply "the white company" products for the shampoo, shower gel and hand wash which gives a premium feel.
The Approach restaurant is really nice for breakfast, lunch or evening meals. Overlooks the Biggin Hill airport so you can watch planes depart & arrive.
Parking is convenient and there are nearby shops to get supplies.
There is a cafe within walking distance called "the lookout" which enables you to get the best view of aircraft arriving and departing the runway.
Staff were very helpful to resolve any issues and the small problems I had were rectified promptly.
Be aware of the ULEZ zone, but at the time of this review, the hotel is accessible without passing any ULEZ cameras despite being in the ULEZ zone. Be aware of which route you take.

Initially the air con didn’t work. Then once it did it was noisy. No windows to open made it really uncomfortable. The kettle fell apart full of boiling water, spilling water all over. No breakfast included for an already expensive night way. On check in a £50 holding deposit was meant to be taken and the receptionist took £192…..

Room was ok nothing special. Unfortunately the room was prepared for one person not two. We requested extra pillow but didn't notice untill we went for shower there was only one towel then noticed one cup one bottle water one biscuit etc all very mean considering the 200pound per night cost

Very nice hotel, most convenient at Biggin Hill Airport, the restaurant even if it does not have a big menue, the food is of high quality and from scratch, something to be appreciated. If having any business in the airport with any facility there, look no further.

Pretentious!
First impression excellent. However, on checking in I was asked to swipe a credit card. When I asked why, as the booking was prepaid, the receptionist was unable to explain why this was necessary except to say that it was 'hotel policy'. When I objected to giving my credit card she said that I would not be allowed entry to the hotel unless I gave my credit card - despite having pre-paid. Couldn't be bothered to argue further but not happy. Went to the restaurant for dinner. There were not enough menus - I had to wait until other guests had ordered. Limited menu but food was adequate when it arrived but mayonnaise served in plastic pre-pack. Having ordered a gin & tonic they were unable to supply an ordinary tonic - only flavoured tonic. What kind of bar doesn't have standard tonic? Trying too hard to be 'boutique' and falling short on the detail
