Fair 4.0
i was given room 102 right next the elevators. the floor is very small with all the rooms very close together. I could hear people all night long. Thankfully I politely asked them to quiet down at 1 am and they did. The air conditioning didn’t work. It was very hot but if I open the windows it was loud and noisy outside. And smelt like Smoke. It was a clean room, new appliances, modern. But I did not sleep well. Will not stay again here.

I have stayed in this hotel few times. Every time they made me feel like home. Great locations, friendly staffs, clean room and bed. Metro ( line 7 - pink ) is just right there for around 5 mins walk.

Do not book this hotel especially if you're visiting this hotel in summer! I checked in on 24 Aug ( supposed to check out on 29 Aug) & was given room 606. To my horror, the hotel shamelessly provide me a room where the air condition is not working. On the same day, I alerted the service counter that my room is like a sauna room and got them to check on the a/c. The guy who went to my room with me told that they can only fix it on 25th august & will need me to bear with it for a night. The night was horrible. I opened the tiny window to let some of the still wind entered the room. The whole night, I can hear the noises outside the window (sound of wine bottle, people talking etc) and was not able to get a proper rest. On 25th Aug, I checked with the service counter & they changed their words saying that they can't fix the issue. I was pissed off and it seems that they have clearly know the problem of the A/C before I checked in. Thus, I proposed the following: either (1) to change me a room Service counter claimed that ROOMS are fully booked although I checked on on that there is available room for the remaining 25th night to 29th. Hence, they want me to stay in their sauna room. (2) Ended up with option 2 where i move out to nearby hotel Exe Panomara & request to refund the fee for the remaining 4 nights. Sadly, now they twisted their words & not refunding me my money.

Good hotel, quite and tidy
The decoration is really nice and modern. The mattress is of very good quality and the overall service is good. The only point I would mention that might need to be enhanced is the fact that the bathroom door doesn’t close properly and a dusty cup of aerosol spray was left on top of the closest and seemed to be there since a very long time.
