The flat or bedsit was clean and warm, but the house was noisy. Too expensive £30 a night is ample

Overall a good stay. Stayed a week for business reasons and wanted to have a kitchen for convenience. Fridge, stove and microwave worked fine, and there was equipment for most things, though I cleaned everything before using it cause it didn't look very clean. Only a sponge to do dishes with though, no dishbrush, which was a bit inconvenient. Bed was extremely comfortable. Smart TV not the highest image quality but worked fine, comfortable couch (flat 2). Didn't use the "garden" since it was March and cold and rainy most of my stay. Quiet area overall, but walls are THIN so I was awakened by my neighbour early each morning as he was doing his toilet and talking on the phone and such. Floors and drawers and such could have been more clean, lots of dust in the corners. Bathroom decently modern and nice. Overall a good place to stay for a shorter amount of time and for a fair price.
