Room was very quiet. Area was very safe and quiet. Staff was friendly but couldn’t help much with changing rooms or fixing the air. Air conditioning didn’t work well at all. It was a terrible heat wave…room was very spacious with counter space and a sofa. Nice modernized bathroom in an old, historic hotel

The location was great. Close to good restaurants, a 5 minute walk to a bus stop but the tube was iffy depending on where you were heading to. So so renovated London hotel. You get what you pay for and this was an average at best hotel for London's standards. AC didn't work very well. Rooms need to be updated. We had a big room with three beds so that was great for my family of 4. Nothing special besides the cheaper price.

The AC in my room never seemed to go down, the hotel also was just not clean. Seemed much more US Motel level of clean VS a hotel. However, the location was nice and the staff was very good/friendy/helpful. So for the price, the hotel makes sense. But the staff was much better than anything else.
