Clean room and very helpful staff. Location was excellent for public transport and near to many places to visit. It was good value for money our only disappointment was that we booked through Hotels.com and we were expecting more than 2 separated beds which obviously you need in student accommodation.Hotels.com did not make it clear that we would be staying in student accommodation.

This isn't a hotel like you are used to while travelling on holiday - and that's great! You will be living in what feels like a college dorm, very minimalistic but serviceable. You will eat breakfast in the common room, along side students. This gives the entire place a feeling that this is a real place, and not just some big monstrosity made for tourists. The staff were kind and helpful. Definitely a good place for couples without kids, or when travelling alone. It's also located right across the street from the natural history museum and the science museum.

Located in/round lovely/convenient area. Accommodations are within Uni. Having constant student presence in and outside wasn’t relaxing, as well as the building having a fire alarm issue. Fortunately, I didn’t spend too much time within the room. It was quite annoying whilst trying to have a phone conversation.

The hotel's overall quality and service are good and much better than those of most other summer hotels in London university residence halls. The staff members are helpful and friendly. My only reservation is breakfast: I enjoyed walking around Imperial College's campus, but the food meets only a minimum standard, except for the coffee, which is decent. I would go back to stay there during a summer trip to London, but without breakfast.
