A beautiful & slightly quirky hotel with classy communal areas & very comfortable bedroom. We also had a lovely terrace complete with chairs, table & huge beanbag. Staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly. Breakfast was of a good selection & of the highest quality. Walkable into the main area of Biarritz in 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Lovely little hotel set in a quiet street and a short walk to the old town and the beach. The rest of the town is easily accessible as is Biarritz's main surfing beaches. Lovely bakery at end of the street and supermarkets nearby. Our room and bathroom were clean, modern and comfortable.

Lovely hotel!
We had a really lovely stay here for 2 nights, very close to good bars and restaurants but just far away enough to be on a quiet street. We would happily stay again and would recommend to friends and family. Only complaint is the sustainability practices here! We got new towels after one night, as well as a brand new soap, and sugar cubes were individually wrapped in plastic!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I expected quite a standard service but it exceeded my expectations. The decor is cool, location was very handy for the beach and centre and the room itself was lovely and had its own terrace. The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that but if I return to Biarritz I’d definitely consider going back here.

I took #38 bus from the airport and was dropped off a 3 minute walk away. Charming property but no elevator so don’t stay if you can’t do stairs or have lots of luggage. Central location. Bathroom sink is not s sink, concrete slab with a sink. Hard to even brush my teeth. All else is good with my single room.

So Charming It Was Almost Unbearable!
This place was so ridiculously charming it was almost unbearable (in such a good way!). We came on a spontaneous trip from Oregon to Biarritz, not really knowing anything about the city, to see a favorite musician, Melody Gardot, perform at a local venue. We knew we wanted a small, cozy place near the theatre, preferably walking distance, and this place fit the bill. What we didn't expect (the pictures of the property and amenities don't do it justice), was the unbearable charm of the of the property itself. Super clean, super French, super accommodating, super adorable, super service, heck, even the hotel breakfast was super! The bed was comfortable, the room was adorable, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the view from the balcony of a charming quaint streets of a French seaside village was idyllic, the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from anywhere you want to go in town, from the beach to the theatre, to a plethora of restaraunts. Fell in love with Biarritz, will definitely be back, and will definitely try to book here again.
