Best hotel experience ever
Best service I have ever experienced at a 5 start hotel. From the minute the staff welcomed us to our departure the service was impeccable x they left balloons in our room the last night and wished us a wonderful last night. They give you a choice of 6 or 6 types of pillows, leave Angelina chocolates on your bed and much more.

Superb. Don’t consider any other hotel!
Fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff go above and beyond (the bar wad closing just as we retuned one night and instead of saying we were too late they made drinks and brought them to our room). Every question we asked, they went above and beyond to resound and help, even carrying our bags to the tram stop one morning! It’s perfectly located, the spa facilities are lovely and the whole hotel is perfect. I couldn’t recommend a hotel more strongly.
