I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in because of the large number of people. There were only two people at the front desk and one person to manage the waiting list and the left baggage room. The system worked well, and we could sit down and wait our turn instead of standing in line with our baggage. It is a great location and very convenient.

Room was top-notch, clean and a bit more spacious than I thought it would be. What really stood out for me was the cafe in the main lobby. The hotel was centrally located in Susukino. It was in walking distance to Tanukikoji and Nijo market. Also the subway was closeby. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and new. Would recommend this hotel!

There is no free shuttle bus to skii resort, have to pay for the shuttle bus ,when check out the reception was really rude and ask for extra money cause we check out around 1120am, and reject help us to call taxi during a snowy day. Paid for 1650Yen for the late checkout yet did not get any official receipt for my payment. Truly one of the worst hotel and service provided.
