Poor 2.0
I checked into this hotel and my friend and I were horrified, partly because this was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, and it was at most 1 star, just for having a bed and a door. We were checked in and not told anything at all about the amenities, except for the room’s location. As for the room: carpet was filthy with dust. There were cracks in the wall and chipped paint. There was exposed piping in a tiny closet sized bathroom which also smelled like mold. There were open holes between the bathroom floor and the walls. There was a twin sized bed although I paid for a suite. There was no comforter, just a thin bedsheet. My friend and I took our things and immediately checked into another hotel. We called and asked for a refund but were told we were out of luck. By far the worst place I have ever booked.

Fair 4.0
If you are anticipating a clean, relaxing, and quiet experience, this is not the property for you. The room was really cramped even for European rooms. The bathroom was even smaller and though it appeared clean, it had a moldy smell. Luckily, there was a grocery nearby and I purchased and cleaned the bathroom with a bleach cleaner. The televison in the room never worked. First, the room had no remote which they replaced on day two. Second, the channels never came in even after being told to turn to fifty and above. There was no air so I would open the window at night only to be awaken by noise in the courtyard below. Also, the walls are so thin and anyone talking or walking in the halls could be heard. As far as location, there are shops and restaurants really close. Metro stops Cadet and Anvers are walking distance as is Sacre Coeur.

Poor 2.0
Awful place, noisy, old, small, ....
Overall: worst experience ever ! No aircon, and even no fan to be used in summer time to borrowed! (a complete torture) No fridge, not even in public area, used water tank in the reception which we were told not to fill up our bottles and go buy in the super markets !! Rude staff ! Very noisy with very thin walls and doors, had to change our room after the first night (noise from street, reception and other rooms to 2 am) Very small room and awful shower (small, mold everywhere, loose shower head) Don't recommend at all, don't waste your money here, it's even worse than a dorm !! Not worth a penny, don't know why this awful place in booking website !!

Good 6.0
Good hotel but don`t take the single room
The staff made this hotel a very good experience. You couldn`t ask for nicer people. Both the day and night staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. However, the single room I had was cold near the walls. The windows didn`t close properly so the cold air came in as well. The toilet was so close to the wash basin that a special manoeuvre is require to use the toilet. The internet was not working more than half the time I was there. But, the sweet staff made it all bearable. Next time, I will get a double room - maybe the toilet is better.

Good 6.0
Ok for enjoying Paris
The hotel team was really friendly. There are good food options nearby, including supermarkets. The subway station is also just 5-8 min walking down the street. The room was kept clean however the hotel is quite old, which makes the room look not really nice. It did not look exactly like the advertisement pictures... The bathroom is extremely small, I had problems to move myself in there and I am medium size. The room walls are like Drywall, so the room is extremely noisy, you can hear someone else's TV... Therefore I would say the hotel is OK if you want to enjoy Paris and not the Hotel experience itself.
