The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that they didn’t give much of an issue refunding us. I don’t know how this place had a good rating, because it was truly gross. As soon as we got there the service was very mediocre. All three women just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I understand why now. Check in went fairly ok but when we were headed to the room, the hotel was giving serious “The Shining” vibes. The carpets were disgusting, covered in stains. When we got to our room there was a massive stain right outside our door- which should have been a sign. The room was not cleaned. There were m&ms literally on the floor and hair all over the bed sheets. We complained to the front desk, and the girl was literally on her cell phone on a personal call, and barely paused the conversation to listen to us. We asked for a new room, and they put us into one that was somehow worse. Smelled of cigarettes, stains all over the carpet, and again, hairs on the bed. We could not stay there, and ended up finding a different hotel last minute, where we could actually sleep and not feel like our skin was crawling. I don’t normally leave reviews for places (good or bad), but this was SO bad that I feel I have to. Hotels.com tried to pull a fast one on me and not refund me for the stay, but I ended up getting it sorted. So yeah, the fact that I got my money back is the only good thing I can say.
