I guess this is a new hotel, however we checked in and had to put down a100 deposit as well, and was told no smoking, no company, no loud noise, the whole second floor reaks of marijuana! People throwing tim layouts yelling all night with loud music like they bought a speaker with them and they were very intoxicated, arguing and slamming doors, we stayed from Thursday to Sunday no microwave in the room you gotta go to the basement to use the microwave, the whole hotel smell like weed and the only quiet day we had there was Sunday, hours before we left, will i stay there again absolutely not

Not bad at all
This hotel is for couples or singles. I had prepaid for my reservation so check in was quick, there’s a $3 or $4 resort fee per day that I had to pay. I stayed 4 nights. There’s a security guard in the lobby 24/7. You might see people coming in to get rooms for 2 or 3 hours . The staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re nice to them they’re nice to you. The room and bathroom was very clean and it smelled nice. You have to let the front desk know on a daily basis if you want housekeeping. The bathroom mirror by the sink didn’t work and they offered me another room but it was NYE and I had settled in and the main light worked so I didn’t bother. The tv was a huge Smart Tv. I was able to plug in my fire stick and it worked perfectly with their WiFi. Room did have a fridge but the ice machine and microwave are on the bottom floor. Parking wasn’t too bad, they have about 9 spaces but street parking was available. It’s near a school bus garage so in the morning you will hear someone over a loud speaker. Other than that it’s pretty quiet. The subway into Manhattan is a 4 minute walk and about a 30 to 40 minute ride once on the train. Corner stores and eateries are a quick walk but I mostly order delivery. I would definitely stay again!
