Always consistent
Been to the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge a few times. With the rooftop pool and outdoor spaces, it's much more geared up to the summer months. Despite years of use, the rooms are still holding up and as good as ever, so was pleasantly pleased to find the same room as when I was last at the hotel in 2018. Only negative was the grumpy staff in the ground floor cafe. Thought it was a one-off, but the following day they were grumpy, too. This compares with the highly enthusiastic front desk and bar staff!
