Hotel needs updates really bad. The kitchen in our room was falling apart. The microwave needs to be removed ASAP couldn’t even use it very rusted in the inside.

It is an older hotel but decent. Only real problem is the bathroom smelled like old urine so we had to keep the door closed and flip flops on. Everything else was decent. Great breakfast though

Location was perfect with a shuttle to all of the main parks, due to the time of the year there was less choice of times on shuttle but still more than one option. Breakfast was basic but had all the staples to get you through the day. Very quiet surroundings and bed very comfortable. All that I wanted from a hotel!

Decent stay. Expected better.
Expected to have a better experience. Bathroom had a lot of cracks. I know they are remodeling, but was not expecting a messed up bathroom. Also, it smelled like mildew and we had to lower the AC. On our 3rd day there, our room wasn’t even cleaned out. The trash we had from the 2 night was not thrown out so when we checked out, there was a lot of trash. Our room cards were deactivated on check out day while we were having breakfast. When we went to go back to the room after breakfast, we had to ask housekeeping to let us in because our keys were deactivated. Check out was is at 11am and this all happened around 9:45am.

Dirty kitchen, bathroom,etc. Overall poor experience even with the breakfast options. Our experience was equivalent to a 1 star hotel which did not match the price. We will never return there again.

The hotel was not well maintained. Missing baseboards, holes in the walls and dents in doors. Carpet long ago in need of replacing.
