Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was extremely overpriced. The drinks were extremely overpriced. Rented a cabana for a day and was told it was $400 for the day. Got a bill for $540 plus all the food and drink were separate. My kids went to get goggles from the store at the pool and they were reasonable. The pool float they bought was not, $25 online the hotel changed $102!!!

Housekeeping and reception service not great
Property is lovely with big rooms and nice bathrooms and a lazy river. The service is not great. The porters did not assist with our bags on check in. Only one or two people manning reception so always a line. Housekeeping did not clean the room on one day. They do not replace the tea/ coffee/ sugar in the room on a daily basis. Housekeepers do not speak English so unable to communicate with them
