The elevator wasn't working how to go to the lobby three times because my card was not working I was very disappointed I didn't even stay there for the whole night I checked out by 12:00

Getting run-down
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years, and twice in the last week. We noticed this time that the condition has begun to deteriorate. Paint is peeling, toilets don’t flush properly and this last time we were missing a light bulb (with no response when we called about it) and the elevator was broken. We hope things improve the next time we’re there, because this had become our go-to hotel for Brampton.

We enjoyed our stay, specially for the staff. We we’re disappointed by the breakfast. The food was not good quality and it was too simple. We would have want some diversity (eggs, bacon, pancake, potatoes) but we had to pay extra for this.

The bed is comfortable. Free breakfast has little choice. If you want eggs or sausage you need to pay. The bed isn't very clean, I noticed a yellow stain on the sheet above the quilt.
