No fridge, coffee maker or microwave on rooms. Stiff beds. Had to ask for more towels (just 2 per room) and we were 4 guests.

Our first impression, they attempted to charge us extra for the reservation even though we already had our reservation confirmed for a certain amount. Once we got to the room someone was in it, a maintenance person just sitting on the chair. Once he left we noticed the floor was dirty, the beds were hard, no blankets, we had one pillow on each of the beds. We did not have a good night sleep. Worst experience in a hotel in Hermosillo

The room we got was dirty with hairs between the sheets. The second room was dirty in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room when I asked for one they gave me one that was dirty and didn’t work. Second iron was dirty as well and couldn’t use. The young people in front desk don’t care about the customers. The restaurant in the property served coffee cold first day and again second day!!

El personal muy amable. Solo el cuarto k me dieron , tenia mucho ruido en el baño, las cortinas deberian estar mas anchas entraba luz en la noche por los lados, la tina del baño deberian poner un tapete de plastico adentro tina estaba muy resbaloso y poner 2 vasos en el cuarto. Agua del sink la precion estaba muy fuerte tenia que tener cuidado al abrirla.

Al principio el primer cuarto no servía la chapa de la habitación nos hicieron hacer muchas vueltas pero después nos cambiaron a una mejor se les agradece por el inconveniente.
