Convenient hotel in Izcalli
Happy with this hotel. They kept it very clean. Breakfast was good, plenty of free parking in the garage. Good WiFi. Helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised. Very convenient location to major stores and restaurants.

They offer us a free shuttle to a close museum; the driver was friendly and the girls on the front desk they were really helpful with their service, sadly i can’t remember a name ( I don’t think they had a name tag, but definitely the staff was the best of our stay) the property has many issues due the parking, several business not exactly appropriate for an hospitality business, and shady people around the property limited our interaction with the surrounding areas. I been staying since 2021 and until 2023 I can say was a hidden jewel close to the city, sadly, now it feel really cheap and not that comfortable like it used to be. If I had to go back, could be due the friendly staff and the closeness to the area where I will be working.

Mala Experiencia
La experiencia fue mala, desde que tienen problemas con la energía eléctrica y tienen funcionando una planta de emergencia muy ruidosa, hasta el mal servicio que dan en el comedor ya que los empleados no atienden las necesidades. Por otro lado las toallas están muy percudidas, yo pedí una habitación con cama Queen y me dieron una cuarto con 2 camas

No facturan y ya perdieron calidad en el servicio
Última experiencia fue terrible: 1. La facturación no fue completa derivado a que se hizo la reservación vía hoteles.com. Ninguna de las partes se hizo responsable perdiendo en mi comprobación de gastos más de 1700 pesos cuando hablé directamente al hotel y me dijeron que si me facturarían 2. Las almohadas de la Habitación 306 olían a humedad 3. No había toallas en 2 de 3 habitaciones que se hizo reservación 4. En la plaza que está enfrente sufrimos un cristalazo robándonos todas nuestras cosas por lo que la zona no es segura y no recomiendo que se queden Me quedó muy decepcionada de la experiencia, por 3 años estuvimos usando el hotel, pero ha bajado su calidad, la zona ya no es segura y la resolución hacia clientes no fue resuelto.

Hotel muy agradable y muy buen desayuno incluido.
El hotel muy bien, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y con opciones. Podrían mejorar las toallas y el olor a drenaje de la habitación al arribo que se eliminó utilizando la regadera.
