The customer service for this hotel was more than perfect. They took every opportunity to make sure our honeymoon stay was perfect and memorable. The food is amazing and the vibes of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing honeymoon. Ricardo and his coffee art and making was amazing and delightful to start the day with. Mario and Enrique were excellent in signing us up for activities and attending to our needs during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel in the future.

I really loved this property. The staff are so kind and attentive. I was so sad to leave. I really enjoyed that every night they delivered a "dessert of the day" to my suite! Such a lovely touch. Honest review! Live this place! Cesar was the manager and he was amazing and he above and beyond to make sure your stay was amazing. The entire staff remembers you and very down to earth people which makes you feel like family. This was the best food I’ve had in Mexico.

The staff was kind and the hotel room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the advertisement as per hotels.com of 2 pools, beach service and a functional spa were false. There was one pool with the other under construction, no full spa experience and no beach service. The beach was small but there were areas on the lush property that if promoted, the guests could have experienced this. More construction of other bar areas was also being done during the day. The property perhaps should have stayed closed while these modifications and improvements were being made. We had a three night stay, but after the first night we left for another resort.

The staff really made us feel like family and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was amazing! The food was the best food I've ever had at an all inclusive! No buffet and everything à la carte. The property is beautiful and tranquil and there is a lot of beautiful wildlife around that made you feel even more immersed in nature. The room was huge and beautiful and there was a wonderful ocean view. The only room for improvement is in the road leading to the hotel that had a lot of pot holes. However, even with that I am counting down the days to when I can go again! Amazing experience truly!

The property is beautiful, it’s all inclusive but everything is a la carte (no buffet) which was a great thing. The suite I stayed was great and very spacious and with an ocean view. When I arrived the was a bottled wine, mini bar fully stocked and every night they brought in a little treat with a side note about the history behind it. Their staff was very friendly and always willing to assist with a genuine smile on their face. These is a place more to unwind and relax (no a party atmosphere)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This resort is truly in a league with properties like Nizuc — not just in beauty, but in the entire guest experience. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and we never once felt like just another guest. The property itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, peaceful, and designed for true relaxation. Just a 25-minute drive from Cancun Airport, this tranquil resort offers the perfect escape to relax and recharge. Our room boasted a private plunge pool, and at night, the soothing sound of waves lulled us to sleep. As an all-inclusive haven, it served up exquisite made-to-order gourmet dishes, and the food and drinks were simply exceptional. Although sargassum kept us from enjoying the beach, the resort’s abundant poolside beds meant we could relax in the sun anytime. I loved that they offered free activities like painting, cooking classes, and wine tasting, adding fun to every day. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attentive service made us feel truly cared for, especially the personalized butler service that elevated our experience. Celebrating my birthday was made extra special when the restaurant manager and chef collaborated to prepare a fantastic meal and a birthday cake. Every staff member greeted us with genuine respect, and General Manager Cesar went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. Be on the lookout—you might spot a curious coati or iguana wandering the property! Overall, this stay was one of my best experiences, and I can’t wait to return.

My stay was phenomenal. From my arrival to my checkout, everyone was so attentive and kind. The entire experience was personalized, with almost all staff calling me by name when they saw me. Daniel, Rene, and Alejandro offered exceptional customer service, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. The culture at the resort was inviting, personable, positive, and calming. Staying at the resort felt like an authentic experience of Mexican culture. The people, food, and environment made my stay feel like I was with family. I dined at all restaurants on the property and the food was fresh and flavorful consistently, while the service was outstanding. Spa services and activities were plentiful and enjoyable, with something for different personality types. I was a solo traveler and felt safe on the property. Overall the hotel is stunning and clean. We had our own plunge pool with a beautiful view. Most all of the staff was wonderful and kind . We only had issue with 2 people being less than inviting and kind but the others made up for it . My only issue is at night the smell is terrible . I think they should use some sort of air fresheners or something in the rooms to help with this especially at night . I think it’s an ocean nightly issue . I was also bummed that some nights they forgot our nightly dessert with the cute historic note . We only used room service food delivery once they forgot our forks and they didn’t bring them for 35 min when we called and asked for them so we just ate with our hands . The food at all 3 restaurants is amazing ! I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely return in spite of the couple issues .

This is a resort you visit for total relaxation. No crazy out of control parties, no crazy drunk and loud tourists. It’s total relaxation!! The staff is the best…bartender Luis(Wicha)and Alberto(El Senor) are the best. Bar server Candido(Candi) is so attentive at the pool. And night bar manager,Gregoria(El Jefe) is the nicest and most attentive manager!! The GM Ceasar(Guapo) gives every guest his personal number and he responds within 1 minute when you “What’s App” him. Go see for yourself and seek out these guys, they will give you the best vacation experience. Also, the food is so good and fresh. Order the “tiger shrimp”, it’s as good as a lobster plate. Oh and try the “potato soup” for dinner appetizer…out of this world. And always order the desert cuz it’s so delicious everytime.
