Nice location and good hotel
Nice and convenient location, just by the metro, and in front of Cite des Sciences and Park de la Villette... Easy commute to central city. Hotel and Room clean, customer service good. But mattresses could use a change - on the old side and hard (nearly broke my back!). A/C also not working - not easy sleeping with no A/C in Paris in mid-summer with 30C temp outside. Most annoying was the strident drilling noise from 9AM (due to refurbishment and in all fairness customers are warned about the daytime work at check-in... but not that it will be permanent very loud drilling)... also wish they would start a bit later e.g. 10AM - difficult on a holiday to be deprived of lazy matinée by this irritating noise. That aside - all in all, good place, would stay again if visiting again!

Positive : Nice staff, good breakfast, quality soaps/shampoo Negative : some walls would need painting, no kettle/coffee/tea/water in the room except for minibar.

Horrible hotel in very dirty and dangerous area, the beds are super uncomfortable and hard. At night I heard constant screaming from outside and next to the hotel we saw 2 big rats running around. The door key wasn't working and I mentioned it at the reception more than 3-4 times but no one came to fix it.

The air conditioning was broken making the room incredibly hot. You could open a window but the street noise made sleeping difficult. No information/solution provided. Rooms are basic and beds are very hard

Very bad experience
There was the rudedst person ever I met in the reception when I checked out. When I said you are rude and I just requested to hurry up as I had to go to airport too, ( he said can't hurry and he will take his time). Then he became angry and said he may take atleast 30 minutes to give me my deposit €200. I was left helpless with my 2 kids and wife. I will never forgive him or forget this bad experience. The restaurant was terrible, for breakfast sometimes you get food, sometimes you dont get some food items. The waiters were rude and disorganized. Overall I regret for staying there.
