Quick visit to Calgary
Few days in Calgary for a car servicing. Very pleased with the “dog friendly” room and little extras for our dog. Often, we are given a neglected room and still pay full rate and extra cleaning. The valet car service was great! Nice restaurant with good food at a reasonable price. We will put this hotel on the top of our list

From the valet and front desk, everyone was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The parking roundabout is challenging at peak times, but the challenges mostly come from other entitled travellers vs the staff (who handle all of the pressure with dignity). Great location!

Very nice hotel and suites. However the pool area was not so enjoyable. The hottub/jacuzzi has next to no rule. Parents let their toddlers jump everywhere and splash other guests in the hottub with no mention in the rules that parent supervision is required and that the jacuzzi is meant for relaxing/adults/older children. 3-4 years old using the gym as a play area. Maybe consider adding a glass door between pool and jacuzzi area or consider specific later hours with no kids allowed.
