Really quick check in. The receptionist was so nice, I think his name was Michael. So friendly and accommodating. The room was sparkling clean and we had access to a smart tv. There was even a microwave.

The extremely welcoming and kind staff. COVID safety measures all in place YET they have the pool and gym open safely and you prebook to enjoy it still. The lounge and restaurant offer 5 star out of this world food.

This is the 3rd time I had a aweful stay at this hotel threw out the summer since about June I have stayed at this hotel about 11 times I brought my family and other family memebers and they even stayed, this stay I checked in Friday night I got another night Sunday so I checked out money I called to reserve the pool at 11 Saturday I then called again sat for 8 pm the lady told me I could not becuase I had already reserved it earlier that day, I then reserved it for Sunday moring and the. Again Sunday night the guy had no problem i the. Asked for a late check out Monday and was told no, yes we had a 3 night stay the Maids came in Sunday for our towels garbage n toilet paper yes we accumulated garbage becuase I had my family come and visit as I am a visitor that’s why I had gotten the room we had pizza and wings all night and Monday when we checked out we had a a lot of garble it was overflowing I tidied up and we had the pool towels in a pile I don’t understand why I got charged a 100$ house cleaning fee I even left a note and a $35 tip for the maids, Peter the “manager” had gave us problems prior to our last visit nothing but problems with him my whole family experience just rude, the day I asked for late check out he didn’t even say good bye just slammed the phone down I don’t see why I couldn’t get late check out it was a Monday, I spend a lot of money there me and my family are very wealthy people and we will never return to four points in London, I will do a review!
