Stranded in Los Angeles
We were headed to Hawaii. Halfway there across the ocean, the airplane had to turn around. We couldn’t get out till the next day. It was 10 pm at night when we were searching for a hotel. This was perfect right by the airport, I had airport shuttle.

A Queen Bed is smaller than a King Bed
I booked a King Room but was provided with a Queen Room. The free shuttle is provided by a 3rd party and it was very difficult to arrange collection, so waited over half an hour. The "deep bath" was not as described. All in all it was just a very average experience.

Everything was just right.
Everything was a step up. The room was larger, the bathroom was huge and fully equipped for any handicapped user. While the floors were wood. A big improvement over older, allergenic rug covered flooring. Their Manager (Andrea?)was extremely helpful from the airport pickup, to picking the best room for our needs and even helped with our luggage. Everything was perfect. Definitely made for a safe, comfortable and relaxing stay.

A little concerns
We are very sick and we stayed in bed. We only had two pillows on each bed. It should be four. Floor is a little sticky. The tub wasn’t clean enough. The water wasn’t warm enough. The door was locked us out when I used the card. There should be free water offer. There should be a shuttle limit up to 15 miles around the hotel ratio when no transportation. No time for pictures while too sick.

Best part was the free shuttle to LAX
The room wasn't located in the actual hotel itself but across the street, which was really unsafe feeling especially with luggage. the parking lot directly in front of the room meant there was some guy just revving his car engine for hours on end. I didn't spend more than 2 hours in the room
