What a bad beat!

I was taken aback by the blaze attitude of the front desk at registration. Also, a lot of the amenities were not available due to "reconstruction". I was there during the first week of opening, and the service and amenities went from excellent at a very good price to average at a very high price. I surely cannot recommend this hotel until they figure out the best formula for guests, price/service, and better personal service from the front desk; sorry Dulce, but the truth is the truth. The bellhop young man is excellent. Without you noticing, he calls the front desk person to duty from a walkie talkie.
