Front desk was slow to respond to check-in and other questions. Layout of building was confusing and front desk personnel did not help in finding the room. No information was given about wifi and other facilities.

BHostel Orlando
BHostels are hostel rooms that are part of a hotel. This one is in a Days Inn very near a busy intersection. These hostel rooms were in a different property, 12 blocks away, when I was here about 2 yrs ago. Long (1.5 hrs) but easy bus ride from Orlando airport on bus 42. The 2 times I stayed at BHostels in Orlando they had the same bunk over bunk set-up - bottom 2 are perpendicular to wall, top 2 are perpendicular to window. Not true bunkbed style. Sink is next to bathroom. Dresser, desk & chair, mini frig, TV, 1 cup coffee maker. Coat closet & hangers, iron & ironing board near sink. Very convenient for solo traveler. I recommend BHostels.

Hostel in Days Inn
This is not a typical hostel. Marcos, the founder, decided to rent a few rooms from Days Inn hotel, add more beds, effectively converting them to dorms. Both staff and the owner were really nice and friendly. Room including the washroom was clean. Downsides: - ensuite room, so when I was taking a shower at night I pretty much woke up 3 other guests (in regular hostels for dorms there are separate common bathrooms outside the dorms), - squeaky and shaky beds (there was no way I could climb the upper bed in a quiet fashion), - no breakfast (most of the hostels that I stayed in offered some kind of basic breakfast offering). Upsides: - free parking, - free earplugs in rooms, - swimming pool, - nice location, - good Internet access, - feel like you are staying at the hotel not hostel. Overall different but good experience for me.
