Excellent location within reasonable walking distance of all main attractions or within a stones throw from the nearest tube station.

I can’t say enough about the amazing staff at the Radisson Blu, South Kensington. They always had smiles and answered my questions. I accidentally left a few items and they kept everything safe until I returned a few days later. This is my second time staying here and it’s the perfect location; across the street from the Glouster Road tube station, Boots Pharmacy and a Waitrose grocery store; it’s also within walking distance of great restaurants and Hyde Park. The next time I’m in London, I will definitely stay here again.

We had to ask to move room as we are both 60+ with mobility issues and I did not realise I would have problems accessing the bath/shower. Staff were excellent. Great breakfast. Comfy big bed.

We got upgraded on arrival to a suite which was a welcome surprise although, the suite was a little bit dated and had no additional amenities than a normal room. Staff were helpful, location was excellent, overall a good stay!

Loved everything about this place. The staff, the accommodation, the location. It is close to the Tube. Wonderful amenities and perks. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast and dinner. Will definitely hope to be back.

8/10 Very good

Ideally located, just a short walk to several museums and key attractions. Although a single room, it was not too small and had all the amenities that a double room would have - own bathroom, hairdryer, iron, etc. Check-in was straightforward. Both evening meals were very nice, and all staff very helpful. Overall, very enjoyable trip.

6/10 Good

The location was good, with very easy access to the Underground. However, I was surprised by how small the room was—it was even smaller than I had expected. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak as well. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay here, the room had wierd stains on the furniture and overall the cleanliness was subpar, and I spent as much time as I could outside of the hotel. The staff seemed friendly though.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. My daughter and I really only needed the room only, and it was everything we needed. Would certainly book again!

8/10 Very good

The hotel rooms are outdated, but there are many great things about this hotel. The location is excellent and the breakfast is honestly top notch. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were great and very accommodating . We were travelling with a toddler and a baby and they set up our room very comfortably for them. Beds were comfortable and bedding was good quality. In terms of things to improve, I would suggest to update the towels and have housekeeping do a more detailed job, but for the price I would certainly recommend staying here, we had a great time.
