The location was good, with very easy access to the Underground. However, I was surprised by how small the room was—it was even smaller than I had expected. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak as well. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay here, the room had wierd stains on the furniture and overall the cleanliness was subpar, and I spent as much time as I could outside of the hotel. The staff seemed friendly though.

The hotel rooms are outdated, but there are many great things about this hotel. The location is excellent and the breakfast is honestly top notch. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were great and very accommodating . We were travelling with a toddler and a baby and they set up our room very comfortably for them. Beds were comfortable and bedding was good quality. In terms of things to improve, I would suggest to update the towels and have housekeeping do a more detailed job, but for the price I would certainly recommend staying here, we had a great time.
