Lived up to expectations & looks like the photos!
Wonderful hotel! The staff where so lovely and it is extremely well placed in terms of transport links and eateries as well a short walk from Montmartre (Moulin Rouge and Sacre Ceour) that has lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is very well presented, is quiet during the evening and lived up to expectations. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Modern, clean and spacious hotel
Modern, clean and relatively spacious hotel. The front desk was friendly and the check in process with Emmanuella was a delight. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The area is quiet but is a short walk from the metro and more lively areas of Montmartre.

Nice hotel breakfast enough decor lovely very quaint didn’t get what was said in our booking and what I wanted which was no tea or coffee maker in room a stocked mini bar was two bottles of water and no bath robes or slippers so your not getting what you think your paying for which is false advertising Hotels.com needs to address this probably more a three star than a four we still had a nice time and the bed was huge and a nice quiet room the staff were lovely a bit far from centre of Paris so we wouldn’t stay here again.

My trip started so well but ended up messy! Some members of the staff were kind and professionnal,others just lacked professionnalism. I checked out and went to run some errands leaving my luggage @storage.I got back to collect them just for me to realize my hand luggage (I spare you the details of all I had in) had been given to another client. The manager was just Zen telling me I will have it sent in my home country. We, a friend and I had to look for solutions and boost the manager up. Thank God she was there to assist cuz I almost collapsed. The man who had mistakenly taken the trolley was honest. He was already about to cross to London with Eurostar. What shocked me the most is the manager asking " Do you want to sleep somewhere nearby the hotel waiting for trolley?" Like giving a complimentary night wasn't the least she could do! Like I even cared about a free night! Matter of fact I cancelled my last night @hotel cuz I wanted to spend it w my family. I paid my bill two days before checkout and I regret tipping them especially after I asked why they charged my card for an additional amount and they still haven't given me any explanations. Finally my box was brought back to me at 2 a.m @ my location.
