D'Vista 2BR Luxury Apartment @ Lotus Desaru Beach Resort & Spa is located along Johors Eastern coastline. It features a water park, fitness centre and spacious suites with kitchenettes. Free parking is provided.


Our air-conditioned apartment at Desaru Lotus Resort come with modern decor and separate living areas. Amenities include bed linen, bath towels, basic toiletries, bottled water, tea/coffee amenities. Bathtub and shower facilities are also available.



The space

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 4 beds including sofa bed provided in living room



It is also possible to request max of 1 additional bed subject to availability for additional charge by resort. Please specify if required at time of booking.



Towels and Linen provide by Resort. Kitchenette is limited to Microwave, Fridge, tea / coffee making facilities and basic cutlery for 4 people



The room rate is for the room accommodation and main resort facilities (e.g. pool,gym and water park etc.).



Guest access

The resort offers various facilities and outdoor activities so that you can tailor your own family holiday in a tropical seaside setting - whether they fancy an activity-filled holiday, a relaxing retreat, or even a mix of a little business with pleasure on the side. It's not just a resort that you can relax and unwind, it's also a place where you can have fun with your kids and loved one.



As my guest, you will be able to use the main resort facilities (e.g. pool, gym, waterpark, private beach etc.). The back of the resort is beachfront facing and accessible to all guest.



You will also receive free Water theme park passes for up to 4 adutlts. Try our splashtacular Water Theme Park specially designed for fun and excitement with your family and friends, dont miss to enjoy our Water Park that features Giant Coconut Fall, Lazy River, Aqua Play, Stone Bridge, Tipping Coconut with Kiddy Slide, Poolside Grotto, and Relaxation Gazebos.



Guest can also take advantage of the resorts many restaurants and other optional outdoor, beach and spa activities at guest discretion and will have to be paid for separately during your stay to the resort directly.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT NOTE Upon acceptance of your booking request, you have to provide me your personal particulars (e.g. name of main guest, Passport number and contact in order to issue you with the resort confirmation slip for check in.



A refundable security deposit of RM350/- will be payable upon checking in to the resort management. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation by resort management



A tourist tax of RM10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in to the resort. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
