Not my 1st stay at this hotel but it needs some proper housekeeping.. Inform front counter of the ants at balcony but no cleaning done. Informed one of the staff who is nearby doing cleaning at next room, he is very helpful and helped to clean and clear the ants.

New, modern hotel - great stay!
Stayed at their superior deluxe room. Surprisingly big room with balcony and very comfortable double bed and pillows. Bathroom with rain shower was big too with strong water pressure. Decor & ambiance was modern and everything looked new. Great location surrounded by lots of F&B outlets, shops (AEON a 3-4 mins walk away), massage, etc. Free parking too!

Looks very empty from the lobby n staff not especially friendly but impressed with the high tech touch switches n control n everything looks new n very very clean. 5 stars for cleanliness. Only 5 levels but with lift n sleek wood design but some areas could be improved in room eg. Add few hooks and glasses in bathroom , table top n another bedside table in family room.. some eating places around. Recommended- tea garden- n kemuri japanese izakaya restaurant.
