I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the Baltimore area. We were able to walk to everywhere within a matter of 20-25 minutes. All of the staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If in the area again, I would reserve a room here.

There were carpet stains in our room, toilet wasn’t working properly (maintenance couldn’t even get it unclogged), saw a roach looking but dead outside our room. But other than that it was comfortable, the staff were wonderful, amenities were great and location was perfect!

Manager addressed all housekeeping concerns. Including the loud and consistent knock on the door at 10am to see if the room was cleared - waking up guest. Housekeeping will not change nose tissue or body wash, shampoos from previous guest stay and then housekeeping takes 30 mins to get you what you need.. one night stay was over $400.00 they can do better.

I’ve stayed here many times and each time the staff is always pleasant, property maintains a high level of cleanliness, bar tenders are knowledgeable of drink orders, and rooms are always spacious and with well designed wall art. It is also a family friendly hotel. Directly across the street from the harbor fun! And a small distance from treatments for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply fast food.

The location is wonderful and walkable to so many great locations and restaurants. The harbor and Aquarium are right across the street. The staff were all fantastic. The room was large, beds comfortable, and it had a refrigerator and Kuerig Coffee Maker. The only flaws: No towel bars or door hooks at all in the bathroom—anywhere. The door required us to use our key card to lock the door when leaving the room. It would not close all the way without using the key card. The bar in the lobby had no regular schedule. It was not open for most of our stay, but when it was open, it was very busy and a fun place to hang out.
