    I want a refund

    I stayed and was accused of smoking in the room in which I was not nor my boyfriend they are utter crap cause they never came to the room period while we occupied it, showed us a picture of a random toilet that had some kind of cigar in it and said it was our room

    The hotel was very nice. Garbages could have been changed more frequently outside the main lobby. Staff were super friendly and accommodating and the hotel was very nice and clean and even smelled clean. Covid precautions were taken seriously which was nice to see. Breakfast was great and nice to see your staff helping at each spot. Thanks and we will be back!!!

    Despite being on the 4th floor, heard music from a bar located on the street until later into the night. Not really Hyatt’s fault completely but they could sound-proof the rooms better or avoid renting those rooms right above unless they are totally full. Customer service was good, room was nice, and a good breakfast. Good coffee too.

    We very much enjoyed our stay. When I smelled a strong scent of marijuana in the hallway of our room, I told the front desk staff. Within 3 hours or so, the smell was gone. I was very pleased that the front desk staff took my concern seriously and did whatever they did to eliminate the strong smell of marijuana in the hallway.

    Great staff location and staff, okay hotel

    This was definitely an older hotel that was “refreshed” but the staff and location was great. The bed was okay, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, you had to reserve time at the pool and fitness center and it was always full, no fan in the bathroom and the ice bucket was dirty and had no liners, but the rest of the hotel was neat and clean and the elevators and valet were super fast. I would stay here again because the price was good and everyone was super friendly.

    Great Staff but Never Again

    My family went to Baltimore for our summer vacation in mid-July. We arrived mid-week and were staying through the weekend. The hotel on first review seemed adequate. We arrived and were assisted immediately by the valet attendant. The valet staff were the MVPs of our stay. They were consistently helpful, understanding and accommodating. The front desk staff was also nice. It seems that some of the clerks are more knowledgeable than others as we asked for a microwave for our room on Wednesday and didn’t receive one until Friday night after asking several times. Shout out to Devin for his assistance and friendly demeanor every time we interacted. The issue that plagued our stay the most was the condition of the rooms. We visited several rooms during our stay as other family members were in the same hotel and the conditions were the same: hard/sticky carpets, limited towels, leaky faucets and loose toilet seats. The ‘continental breakfast’ was severely lacking but thank goodness for the many eateries in the area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future which is unfortunate as the staff really tried.

    Beautiful Stay

    The Hyatt Hotels never disappoints always clean and the staff is always nice and friendly the only thing is they don’t have microwaves in the rooms but I requested one and they bought one to my room so no worries.
