Horrible!
Where do I start!? The hotel is I guess under renovation, that wasn't disclosed. Upon check in, we gwt to our floor, there is a sign across from elevator noting no water between 10 to 4. We get to our room and in a hurry to get to our event o time and put luggage in and left. We get back from our event after 11pm and notice the refrigerator didnt work, the lamps by the bed didnt work (one bulb missing, the other dead), and the air conditioner didnt cool the room. My husband went to take a shower and noticed there were no towels and a used wash cloth hanging over the curtain rod. We had called down the front desk and relayed this infoemation. I was told someone would be up with towels shortly, and he had no apologizes or rooms acailable fornus to switch to. By 1am, towels.still had not arrived, we went down to get them at 9am only to be told they didnt have any washcloths clean yet. The desk person had little interest when i relayed the issues and simply gave me my receipt.

Buyer be ware
When you walk into the building you are greeted by a leaking roof and mold. The elevator looks like a horror film. Our room was extremely hot because the AC was busted, the phones didn’t work, and bathrooms tub was old and dirty.I had to walk back down to The front desk rep who told me that maintenance would be able to fix the AC until tomorrow . By then I would have had a heat stroke. I asked for another room. They took me to smaller uncleaned room with a broken lamp and busted curtains. I asked for my money back and was told nothing could be done until the GM came in the next day. I packed up my family at 940pm and found lodging somewhere else. I was not the only guest that left that night.Hotel.com should remove this location until they get it together.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had
The pictures are terribly deceiving we first walk in there is a big bucket in the middle of the lobby by the elevators because the ceiling is leaking. We got there at 3:45 PM. Our room wasn’t ready. We asked when it was going to be ready they told us she didn’t know the front. Desk said they had no idea, we finally get into a room 20 minutes later. Which were supposed to be an upgrade we go upstairs. The room door was a jar. We didn’t need the key to get in. We walk in the room with hot. All the windows were open bed wasn’t made no shower curtain no towels or washcloths and we stuck to the floor, we stay for 20 minutes time enough to book another hotel. Then we left went downstairs. The manager was standing there with the front desk lady we gave the keys back and proceeded to go to another hotel. We would like a full refund on this hotel, which was a total mess , thank you

Do not stay here!
My room was clean, but had light fixture covers missing. The shower curtain was ripped and barely functioning. The curtains were falling off the wall. The hallways, elevator and lobby were filthy dirty with light fixtures missing or falling off the walls. The location was great, but the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. I would never stay there again and recommend that the hotel closes until it is cleaned and made acceptable for occupancy.

Do NOT Recommend
This place was a dump. I mean, I guess you get what you pay for, but I would've moved if I could. It was 97 degrees outside and the air-conditioning didn't work. Only blew medium air. I asked for a fan and was met with a heavy sigh on the phone, then never heard back. Only one of the two tvs worked. I walked from the bed to the bathroom and the bottom of my feet were BLACK. Heard one gun shot at 3:15am, then three at 3:30am. Advertised breakfast, but offered nothing... not even coffee. I arrived at 3pm, left at 9am the following morning and the parking garage across the street was $61. Save yourself the aggrivation.

The staff (managers?) at the front desk we’re great — friendly, helpful, experienced — but the hotel itself is terrible. No parking, not even a place to leave your car while you check in, and physically it’s not in good shape. They make an effort to keep it clean, but the actual building is worn down. And soundproofing on both ends of the room was inadequate.

Exposed electrical wires.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room had no air conditioning, no hot water, and no toilet paper. I asked for toilet paper 3 times, never got any. There's exposed electrical wires in the stairway at foot level. The staff did their best but it's obvious the owners gave up on this hotel years ago.
