Delayed for an overnight yet again at Reagan. It's close to the airport, has a shuttle, relatively clean. Perhaps more emergency toiletry items besides a toothbrush for folks in a similar situation. Desk clerk seemed to be more concerned about his cell phone than customer service. Will probably stay again because i get stuck in DC regularly. Not my first stay.
