Great place to stay for our first stop in Japan. Everything worked, room was comfortable and efficient, staff was helpful whenever we needed something. We very much enjoyed the happy hour, it was nice to sit and have a glass (or two) of sake while we figured out that evening’s dinner plans. When we booked it, we didn’t realize quite how convenient the location would be either: the 86 bus stops right in front, and all Shinjuku station entrances were like a 15 minute walk away. Would stay again!

The hotel was great and exactly what we needed, Great situation and offered really amazing services including free flowing happy hour. Lots of amenities provided including a continental breakfast. The room was small but that's because there was 3 beds in the room but apart from that I could not fault the property.

Great budget hotel. It has everything you need at a low price, location is great just 7 minutes from Shinjuku’s restaurants and bars, 10 minutes from Isetan, Takashimaya, and Uniqlo. Convenient access to metro station. The donuts are great for kids and adults and the happy hour not fancy but enough to get your pre-game going.

Absolutely brilliant 3 night stay here! Quick check in (about 30 mins before check in began). The free water at reception was help yourself (as we're the coffee and doughnuts). Pastries for the morning and wines / sake / whiskey in the evening. What's not to love? Room was roomy by Japanese standards (and the hand soap spelt lovely). Great location for exploring. Would absolutely recommend!
