"Nice room"

"The front desk was so friendly and happy. They actually want to be there, at work. They were very accommodating for me. I asked for a daily ice bucket each day at breakfast so I can put the ice inside my water bottle (I’m American), and they accommodated with a smile. Daily for seven days. Then when I was leaving, I asked if they can hold a bag for my daughter to pick up from the front desk in a couple days as she’s in Croatia now but will be back to Utrecht for school on Monday. Again, they accommodated with a smile. Wonderful breakfast! Love your staff!"
