my stay here was horrible. I called for housekeeping to come clean my room. They told me to clean myself. I will never stay here again. The only person that was nice. Was the guy at the front desk from Check In that’s it everyone else was rude.

Unfriendly staff
Staff was not very friendly. They were judgy, and overall seemed like they were being inconvenience. The first thing I was told when I walked in was “um you’re at the Hilton garden” in a very condescending voice. When we went to the lobby to get laundry detergent they were all out, and when we were getting snacks one of the workers was giving us a dirty look the whole time. He then came over and asked if we had “moved the self checkout?” We are all over 30 y/o, but were treated like high school kids. The next day we asked to checkout later and the staff once again was not friendly. Just overall not the best experience, especially with it being a Hilton hotel.

Room was ice cold despite heat up all the way. Glad I was only staying one night. Other patrons reported same problem. Unacceptable for a Chicago hotel in December.
