Great stay but room for some improvements
Great hotel location and rooms. Enjoyed our stay but there is plenty of room for improvement. Such as service in Restuarant is poor. And rooms are very cold, and there was quite draft coming from windows. Otherwise pleasant enough

Nice hotel but lacking in areas
Considering the relatively high cost, the hotel was lacking in service and value. With breakfast at £29, this only covered the hot breakfast. Cereal, fruit, yoghurt, etc, was extra. At dinner, the menu choice was very limited with around 6 or 7 mains of which 2 were burgers. The hotel also needs more eco awareness, small plastic bottles of shampoo and shower gel are wasteful and should by now be replaced with refilled containers. Otherwise the hotel was clean and staff were generally friendly

We Loved the Petersham
We were in town visiting our daughter. The Petersham is a charming hotel ideally situated in Richmond. Breakfast was excellent each morning. We also enjoyed late night glasses of wine.
