Stolen my new shoes
I had a terrible experience. A pair of new shoes that I had bought in New York City was stolen from my room. The lobby staff refused to file a complaint or report the situation. The hotel manager was contacted and he did not file a report. During the cleaning of the room, the shoe case, box and the tennis shoes were stolen. It was a gift for my wife. I do not recommend the hotel. The employees treated me unkindly. You can call me at 7874316116 for an interview, in Spanish.

Plenty of parking within the area but a little out of the way for the value. Front desk staff at checking would be rated (poor). Unfriendly, unwelcoming and no sign of appreciating a customer choosing Comfort Inn. Check out staff was much more personable during limited interaction. Property overall was acceptable and clean.
