Bed was comfortable and room was basic and decent for the cost. We were told there would be glass glasses/cups but there wasn’t any. Otherwise, the room served its purpose. Also conveniently located.

Very nice for the price
Was the nicest ‘economy’ motel room I’ve ever stayed in. Room was clean, nice fixtures that all worked. Could have a microwave (didn’t need), some of the floor tiles were cracked and was susceptible to noise and vibration from the neighbours, but none of these were a big deal.

Very friendly staff members:) Felt welcomed! The location was very convenient to go to downtown and the mountain. The footstep noise from upstairs was loud, but they provided ear plugs at bedside which it thought very considerate of them.

The robes in the room were nice to have. The touch point which I thought was great was the phone call from the front desk after check in asking if everything was ok in the room was a very nice surprise. I’ve worked in a hotel and we used to do that and I have not had that in many years of staying even in expensive hotels. Keep up the good job!

check in and out was nice. both staff were extremely friendly. I've never travelled with cats before and they made it very easy. My only complaint is that the floor for the room above us was very very squeaky and the people in that room kept walking around throughout the night which kept us awake for a while. otherwise, the room and hotel were great. Definitely recommended.
