Take your ID

It was my daughter’s 18th birthday trip. We were welcomed with an upgrade and a lovely handwritten birthday card in the room. The first night was lovely, cocktails at the sky bar with a beautiful added drink for my daughter as a birthday treat with wonderful food. The second evening we were asked for ID for my daughter and we weren’t able to get her a cocktail as the very snotty bar manager I am presuming would not serve her as she looked under 25. Unfortunately travelling up from Dorset and being in the Huss and bustle of the Christmas and New Year rush made us forget to pack her passport. Screenshots weren’t acceptable. This was very frustrating as we had to come away to relax.
