Great family stay!
I stayed here with my two children for one night because we had never seen Niagara Falls or stepped foot in Canada, which is odd since we live in New York City. Front desk staff was exceptional, and they texted after check in to ask if there were any issues. View of the Falls was fun, and a nice easy walk to anything you might need. Very convenient. Pool facility was a lot of fun for the middle of winter!

2/10 Poor

Bad experience and no follow up!
It was terrible! I brought my Bruce as a get away after her exams to relax. Instead we were woken by a fire alarm at 3 in the morning, with no direction on procedure, whether to evacuate or not. It rang over a half hour and it took over 10 minutes to get someone from the front desk!! I spoke to manager named Jennifer I believe the next morning, to advise of our experience, especially as my daughter suffered from anxiety and epilepsy!!!! She did not sympathetic and kept saying that it’s not her fault that the alarm rang!! I was not awarded any compensation nor felt heard! Jennifer advised she had to speak to fire department and wait for their report and would call me back if there’s something she could do. I have never heard back!! I had hoped for another stay to be covered to at least have a positive experience as we’ve stated at doubletree before. I will never book there again and plan to discourage friends and family going there. I will write a negative review if this is not resolved.
