Property needs updating (main pool, in room jetted tub, the vip cabanas) rooms were not being clean the way it was supposed to. My family and I paid extra to have a in room jetted tub and didn't even get to use it, tub was filthy and out dated, rooms weren’t properly stocked with items after each service, mirrors were never cleaned etc. Vip preferred needs better benefits, I got more acting as un preferred. Food and customer service were good. Needs better entertainment especially for the pool area, everyday it was the same thing. Pool needs some kind of music to keep people entertained all day, not just at times of activities. Decent stay but will be going elsewhere when I return.

We were not able to make the trip because of hurricanes Milton. All flights were cancelled and we notified Orbitz 2 days before we were scheduled to check in. I requested a refund and all I get is they are working on it and will notify me when it’s resolved. The property was beautiful and well kept. All staff members were amazing. They were attentive, eager to help, and very kind. Rooms were clean, and we took advantage of having our rooms cleaned daily and turndown service. Marco and Angela at the beach bar were absolutely fantastic!! Food was just ok, but we did enjoy dressing up for sit down dinners. Would definitely come back again.

We went here the second time brought my sister and her family. We had so much fun and the staff are so friendly and attentive like before. But this time we had issues with bug bites that looked like bed bugs bite. Reading the previous review from a month before , somebody commented about bed bugs which confirmed my assumption, I guess we were not the only ones victim of the bites. But overall, we were happy with amenities and service. I hope they recheck the rooms for issues with bugs though.

When we arrived our prep hole was broken on our door. They were not able to fix it for an entire two days so we had a large hole in our door where the prep hole was supposed to be. Food options were okay, wait times were about an hour for each restaurant. The beach was very dirty, there was garbage all over the beach so we paid for an ocean view but did not enjoy the ocean very much. One thing that did make our stay better was Donovan in the food department, he made our experience much better! Overall I would say mediocre.
