Outdated and Expensive Parking
The check in process was very slow, and there was a large line up. It took 25 minutes to check in. The rooms are outdated, and it was really hot in the room and no good lighting. We couldn't find how to turn off the heat. Other than the pillows were comfy. Parking is overpriced at $50++ per vehicle and it's not even underground. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and parking is a lot cheaper, or at that price for underground parking. When we checked out, they didn't let us know that we needed our keys to get out of the gate. So we ended up having to go back to the lobby which was on the other side of where our car was parked to get out.

I booked fall view room in oks hotel but the day before my reservation hotel called me to change my reservation to Hilton hotel. When I went to Hilton hotel they changed my fall view room to a lower level room.almost without fail view.

The check in was very very long. The only had one person with a long line of people for most of the time. When they finally had two people, both people were busy on the phone for multiple phone calls, leaving the long line of people waiting to check in waiting. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, if a little run down.

Been coming here for over 20yrs and we will not be coming back unfortunately. Surprised by $50 per night parking fee not mentioned by Oakes nor hotels.com No microwave , No coffee maker even though we had a king suite Room we were given was different from pictures on hotel.com - jetted tub was in a bathroom not falls/river view as pictured Staff was less than eager to assist with anything including information No breakfast and had to go down to the lobby just to get a coffee. Everything here now is extra - not stated

The view from our room was amazing and the location couldn’t be better. The check in took forever when we arrived at 3:15pm. The decoration was a bit outdated, but clean. There were 3 towels when we were booked for 4 people. Overall, it was good.
