Beautiful beach escape
Beautiful full service all inclusive. Loved how much beach and chair access there was on the beach. Main food hall is great, most restaurant are fine but not great except the Tepenyaki- that spot was excellent. Loved the roomy suite. Didn’t use the patio pool because it was not heated. It’s a big but not too big resort. Bummer that Pepsi products were the standard.

Big Family of 10 people loved the resort
The resort was beautiful with clean beaches. Everyone is very friendly. There are areas that could do with an upgrade. The rooms above the grill can get Smokey and loud. However they are very good at accommodating new rooms if asked. The coffee at the buffet is cold. It is very tough to get reservations at the restaurants but the buffet has excellent food and makes up for that. The spa is great and they have lots of activities throughout the day. Their cocktails are yummy. We were a big family with 10 people of ages 9 months to 68 years. They were great about accommodating our big party by giving us rooms close by and tables together at the buffet.

Overall, we were very pleased. Service was very good. Hugo, our beach server, was fabulous! Very disappointed in dinner reservation availability! We were only there for 4 nights and were only able to get reservations for 1 of the 3 restaurants we really wanted to try. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told the hotel "is full" and there is nothing they can do. Food overall was pretty good for an all-inclusive. Since we couldn't get into the restaurants we wanted, we "settled" for Players Sports Bar and it was GREAT! Bar food with a Mexican twist & great cocktails...YUM! I would suggest making reservations the second you check in. Beach was beautiful and the pool was amazing. We would definitely go back.

Love this place! Great service ! Comfortable rooms. It is a family resort im aware but i wish that at least one pool will be adult or at least the entertainment will be for adults . The entertainment stuff is amazing and super nice but most of the time its games for older people or kids.

My sisters and I had a great stay at this resort! Pros: Staff was friendly and professional and the buffet was amazing! The property was beautiful and there were plenty of activities and entertainment. Cons: The swim up bar service was not the best and some of the restaurants weren't that great. Overall, however, we were happy with our experience and would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

The beach had sewage in it. My wife and I saw numerous turds floating in the water which made the beach water a no go for us. Other than that everything else was fine. Also we took the opportunity to visit the spa a bit more this time around.
