Disappointed
Impossible to stay. Poor service, very noisy. Me and my family went to the pool on the 6th floor and I had to wait 1:30 min to be able to go back to my room because the elevator was always busy and then the key of my room wouldn’t work. I had to wait 45 more min to have someone to come and open the door for me. Now my entire family is sick. And with high fever. I ordered two rooms for a party of 7 people and when I asked for additional bed in my rooms because we wouldn’t be able to sleep on double beds, they just answered; we can’t bring additional beds on your rooms. So they charged me for rooms that fit 7 people but they offered me double beds and they couldn’t bring me extra beds. Never happened to me before. Such a vacation….

Loved the location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was great, clean and friendly staff. Only issue was the parking as our vehicle was too big to fit into the parking garage so had to park further away and pay $55 for one night.

Great hotel, but pricy. Food was very expensive. ie one side egg at Dalys was 7.00. Overall, the location is amazing, attached to a mall and the Shaw center. The only criticism I’d have is my room was very noisy at night. Lots of banging etc. Room 1017. Which is odd considering my room was right in the corner so I don’t know what was behind me.
