Unpleasant experience
We were given a room that was used by other customer. When we open the room given to us there’s garbage, left over food , and unclean bed. We ask the house keeping cleaning the other room and could not even understand us. Then a housekeeping supervisor I think came and telling us to go back to the front desk and get another room. We’re the customer and that room should be clean when it was given to us but it seems like for him we have to adjust. Then I callled the front desk and seems so surprise when we told her the room condition. After that she said she’ll give us a new room. This incident should not happen especially with the Hotel name. I think the housekeeping need to be more proactive in their job and including the front desk.
