"Enjoyed 4 Nights in this lovely property in Palm Cove. The property provides 8 Rooms, with a very friendly service / welcome from Nicholas & Sergio.
We enjoyed every part of our stay, from excellent communication, modern / refurbished rooms and an lovey pool area.
The pool area has a real Balinese ambience and we lived relaxing in the cabanas. The art work from Sergio is also really nice and really adds to the experience.

. It’s quiet - even though it’s in the Main Street, it’s far enough away from the pubs and restaurants etc to be peaceful but close enough to walk to everything. The owners/managers are very friendly and always helpful. "

"The staff were exceptionally welcoming, providing all required information. The villas themselves were very well appointed - they were large, with private pool and spa in our villa. Our stay there was very relaxing."

"Port Douglas is absolutely stunning. The local area - bars, beaches, reefs and rainforest are incredible.
Like lots of other reviewers have commented, the villas at Reef resort are privately owned - so it's a bit of a lottery re whether you have a well maintained or run down villa.
What I liked: The pool at Reef Resort is awesome and the staff were fabulous too. I would give these elements 4 stars.

"Our spa room on the second floor overlooked one of the four swimming pools. Although the room itself was compact with little space for luggage, the large balcony with outdoor spa, table and chairs provided a sense of space. The large bathroom provided a walk-in shower, toilet and wide wash basin and cabinet. The kitchenette was equipped with a microwave, expresso machine, toaster and kettle plus glassware, china and cutlery for 2 people. The room was easily accessible by lift from the basement...

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom townhouses which were a separate complex from the other accommodation options. The apartment was wonderful - spacious, clean, quiet and with everything needed (full kitchen, washer and dryer etc). The property is in a fantastic location close to everything and one property back from being beachfront. The driveway kerb was a bit steep for our low-lying car (it scraped it a bit) but that’s a minor thing. Easy walk to a lovely
