"Staff are very kind and proactive in general. Also very respectful. It felt good to be a women and wear normal clothes without being always over looked at.
We had a superior room, and it was spacious and very clean! The cleaner cleaned everything, like shower, floor & bed every day. We had a great service in that aspect. 😄 it’s made a great impact for Egypt standards.
Although there is a huge buffet Food is average. The restaurant a la carte aren’t worth it.

anderen Block. Hauptpoolbereich ärmlich, bezugslos zum Hotelumfeld. Keine Begrünung nur Rasenflächen.
Nett gestalteter Bereich der Bar "Rooftop" als auch Innenhof. Essen entsprach in keinster Weise einem 5 Sternehotel - mittelmäßig - satt wird man. Speiseraum gleicht einer Kantine - laut. Zugang zum Strand abenteuerlich und baden nur über den Steg. Leider ist die alteingessene Tauchbasis mit dem herzlich Charakter nicht mehr vorhanden.

Excellent attitude towards service. Great place to relax with Luxor trip and snorkling trip to the reef as must-do. Good capacity on beach, pool, and in restaurants. Good food selection and especially for dessert lovers. All together good value. To improve: the beds are on the hard side and a bit short for people above 1.9 m. Fish...

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. quality of food is amazing, nice pools, jacuzzi and gym. The only downside was the annoying waiters who won’t let you relax or enjoy a meal without interrupting you several times and this is all because of a tip. "
