Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel.

Un bon hôtel pour les familles avec jeunes enfants

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment. Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement est moderne, propre, avec beaucoup de piscines et une bonne infrastructure. C’est un lieu vivant, principalement orienté vers les familles avec enfants. Cependant, plusieurs points ont été moins satisfaisants : • Les chambres (bloc 3000) sont très éloignées de la plage, et aucun moyen de transport interne n’était disponible dans notre secteur. Il faut marcher longtemps sous la chaleur. • Peu d’ombre et de végétation, ce qui accentue la chaleur. • Les 5 restaurants proposent presque tous la même chose. L’offre manque de diversité, et le restaurant asiatique était décevant. • Peu de bars ou rafraîchissements autour des piscines, surtout dans notre zone. • L’animation est limitée : peu de spectacles ou d’ambiance le soir. • Personnel présent, mais souvent peu souriant ou peu expérimenté. • Climatisation bruyante dans la chambre, ce qui gêne le sommeil.
